Winton's Island Candy has been a part of Port Aransas for almost a decade now. Beginning in 1973, Elton Winton started selling nuts & fruit mix in Bowie, Texas. As his sales took off, he decided to add candy. In 1991, Elton found his home in Port Aransas and opened a small, truly unique candy store.
In 1998, Elton and his son Mark opened a new store known as Winton's Island Candy Company. There they began making their famous caramel with nuts, fudge, and chocolate covered nuts. Visit the store at 509 Alister in Port Aransas, or shop online for your yummy treats. We now ship our homemade candies ANYWHERE!
